Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use UNeedICan. You may not use UNeedICan if a previous account of yours was suspended or removed.

You create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile, for keeping your login details private, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Requests, responses, profile details, and messages are created by users, not by UNeedICan. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give UNeedICan permission to host and display it so the product can work, for example showing your request in the feed or delivering your message to the other person.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share, and follow the Community Guidelines.

UNeedICan introduces people. It does not take part in what you agree with each other. You decide who to respond to, who to accept, whether to meet, and on what terms. Any arrangement, payment, schedule, or promise between two users is between those users.

UNeedICan does not run background checks, does not verify identities, does not screen users, and does not provide insurance, payment processing, payment protection, or any guarantee of a result.

We do not guarantee the identity, reliability, safety, quality, legality, or suitability of any user, request, response, or arrangement. Ratings and profile information are supplied by users and are not verified by us. Please read the Safety Guidelines before meeting anyone.

You may not use UNeedICan for:

• harassment, bullying, threats, hate, or discrimination
• sexual services or sexually exploitative content
• scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive requests
• illegal goods, services, or activities
• weapons or dangerous requests
• drugs or other prohibited substances
• exploitation, trafficking, or requests involving harm to another person
• spam, bulk advertising, or misleading content
• sharing another person's private information without permission
• scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where we believe it is necessary to protect people using UNeedICan. You can stop using UNeedICan at any time and delete your account from your profile settings.

The UNeedICan name, design, and software belong to UNeedICan. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Content posted by users belongs to those users.

UNeedICan is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service being uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, UNeedICan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any user, whether online or in person. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

UNeedICan is still growing and features may change. We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make it visible in the product. Continuing to use UNeedICan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
