Community Guidelines
UNeedICan works when people feel comfortable asking for help and offering it. These rules are short on purpose. They apply to requests, responses, profiles, and messages.
Be decent to people
Treat other people the way you would want to be treated. Not allowed:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
- hate speech or discrimination of any kind
- abusive or inappropriate messages
Be honest
- no scams, fraud, or deceptive requests
- no impersonating another person or organisation
- no spam, bulk advertising, or misleading content
Nothing illegal or unsafe
- no illegal goods, services, or activities
- no weapons or dangerous requests
- no drugs or other prohibited substances
- no exploitation or trafficking of any kind
- no requests that involve harming another person
Nothing sexual
UNeedICan is not a dating or adult platform. Sexual services and sexually exploitative content are not allowed anywhere on it.
Respect privacy
Do not share another person's sensitive or private information, including addresses, phone numbers, documents, photos, or messages, without their permission.
Reporting and enforcement
You can report a request, a person, or a conversation from the request page and the chat screen. You can also block someone so they can no longer respond to your requests or message you.
Reports are stored for review. Breaking these guidelines can lead to content being removed, features being restricted, or an account being suspended or closed. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
